Maurice O’Reilly — Tauranga City Governance & Planning. How did we get in the mess we are now in and who really controls the direction of the council. Not who you think. Rod Simpson — Why do we need to chip seal over perfectly good hot mix roads and the shocking standard of recent chip sealing done by Higgins in his street. And then there are the TCC replies to complaints about the chipsealing which are pure “foboff” material designed to create confusion.
